Parks Consulting Services, founded in 2012 as a small, owner‑operated firm in Clermont, Florida, builds on Sean Parks’ long experience in environmental science, urban and regional planning, and public service as a Lake County Commissioner since 2010 and earlier service on the Lake County Water Authority beginning in 2004. Over time, the company has grown from a solo practice into a trusted partner to municipalities and private clients, offering land use and sustainability planning, utilities and infrastructure planning, environmental site assessments, grants, and expert‑witness services across Central Florida. Today, as CEO and senior planner, Sean leads PCS in delivering practical, science‑based guidance on development, redevelopment, and growth management, with notable work supporting towns and cities such as Montverde, Mascotte, and Lady Lake on long‑range planning, economic development, and regulatory updates.
